Stuck CD in CD-ROM Drive

List newbie here with a major problem on his TiBook/400 CD-ROM drive.

I inserted one of those small non-round CD's in my TiBook's CD-ROM 
drive. It wasn't recognized on the desktop and when I tried to 
manually eject the CD by using a straightened paper clip all I would 
get are ejecting CD noises from the drive without the CD coming out.

Help! What should I do?
