Well, do you have money? If so, find an Apple Authorized Service Provider in your area, and hopefully they can fish the CD out without damaging the drive. If you want to try doing it yourself, you can take off the bottom cover of the PowerBook, and you should be able to see the CD in there from the bottom; use a paper clip or something similar to push the CD out, but try to avoid hitting anything in the drive. One technique that might work best would be to make a hook at the end of a paper clip, and attempt to insert it through the slot, and put the hook through the hole in the center of the disc. Still probably requires you to open the bottom of the PowerBook to see what you're doing, though. "Leo D.
