[Ti] 667 versus 1Ghz TiBook

As for the RAM, I think so. It should fit and work, though it might be 
slower (PC100 vs. PC133).

As for the keyboard, I doubt that you can swap them. I tried this once 
between a Rev B. and a Rev C. Ti and this were my results (posted last 
november):
