[Ti] Dual monitor crash on PB667

I am running a 21-inch monitor off of my Ti500 with no problems 
(well, I can't get 24 bit color at the resolution I prefer...)

Quartz Extreme is supposed to be bypassed if you don't have the 
required minimum VR to run it.
