You need two adapters - the VGA-DVI adapter and the DVI-ADC adapter. I
think Dr Bott does both. Also check out the Apple store.

But depending upon the amount of video RAM your TiBook has, the very best
solution might be at http://www.vtbookdd.com/ -- although they keep moving
the launch date goalposts.
