What connector does it have? The newer ones need ADC (video signal, USB and power), so you'll need a VGA to ADC converter (http://www.gefen.com/kvm/product.jsp?prod_id=1301), to DVI you'll need a different connector (http://www.gefen.com/kvm/product.jsp?prod_id=1435). You need to remember that VGA is analog and DVI/ADC are digital connection (ok, DVI-I also has the analog signal so going to VGA works, like on the newer PowerBooks), so going back and forth between DVI and ADC is relatively simple, but, back and forth to VGA you need a converter which gets very expensive to get one that does a good job with the display. The easiest is if you have a DVI connector, so the Margi is a step and it's much more compact (no AC wall wart and converter box), but, if it's and ADC you would then also need a DVI->ADC connector (Dr Bott's DVIator (http://drbott.com/prod/db.lasso?code=0111-DVAD), Gefen's one, or Apple's. erik g I also got one recently, but, rather than a DVI which is what they said, it's an ADC--works fine with my TiBook's DVI, but, no go with the Radeon Mac card in my 9600!!
