Sorry that you seem to have had a bad experience, but all my Macs still 
works. MacPlus since 1987, PB 170 since 1992 and so on. From my point 
of view the durability of Apples products is one of their real assets. 
It is of course important that this quality is kept in the new products 
or I will not be willing to pay the price. :-)
