He is most likely trying to sell you an url to an auction site that starts things off like that at $130, seen them before, and of course never PAID for that info hehe... all these auctions are generally for used or grade B equipment ( like monitors with cracks in the plastic casing ) and they generally go up in price to within 10% of the FULL RETAIL price... hehe long time ago grabbed a video card off one of those kinda auctions, and it worked well and saved some $$ but that was a $80 vid card in 1997 hehe.
