[Ti] Flawed power adapters

I didn't know that, grrr.

 From now on I am taking the adapter to them for whatever little thing I 
find wrong; I am tired of paying for them. Of the 4 dead adapters I 
only got one replaced under warranty, that one just burned clean. The 
others were either accidents or excessive wear.
