Hi Les The 203.113.195.xxx is the IP address and the number that comes after the : is the port number that the application is attempting to communicate across. Somewhere you have a firewall that is blocking ports 33286 and 5060. Have a read through the Apple knowledge base article [ http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93208 ] which gives you all the info on which ports to unblock to get iChatAV working. Remember than unblocking ports does make your Ti and or network less secure. Alex
