Please make a distinction between the help app itself and the contents. Yes, the contents still suck, but the new help app at least runs fast. As for macosxhints.com, it is a shame that it takes a little guy running his own site like that to get us the documentation we need. I discovered that site about a week ago and it is already at the top of my mac websites daily read list. The Apple knowledge base is ok, but it does not compare to the one Microsoft runs.
