[Ti] Windows Media Player for OS X

jerry: thanks for the reply - i don't think i wrote my question very 
clearly - i am trying to get vlc to work to listen rather than wmp.   
sorry about that.

and erik: thanks for the help too. i'll dig around a bit.   need to 
learn about codecs and understand that all a bit better.   eric
