[Ti] Big Al's keyboard lights aren't working

This is becoming an issue  - there are a number of threads in the 
17-inch and 15-inch PBG4 discussions on Apple's support site.  Some 
folks recommend zapping pram and resetting the power manager.  Many 
report that doesn't work for them.  My keyboard will light 
successfully  after a restart then things get flakey after a couple 
of sleep cycles.
