[Ti] Keyboard F9 and F10 give prohibitory icon

My Exposé is set on F11,F12 and F13 (external 
keyboard).  My 1GHz LunchTrayDeluxe17 is able to 
modify the keyboard illumination settings when I 
turn out the lights under 10.3.
