Not sure about that. It was fully charged and plugged in and the green light was on. I will need to check that first if it happens again. I did try as an experiment to hold down the power button just now. I held it down for about 5 seconds. The dialogue box did pop up giving me choices, but I never had the chance to let go and the computer just shut down after about 5 seconds. Thanks. -- Seymour
