Help - Unable to plug the ac adapter to my wife's PB G4 550mhz

Hi,

Please I need help from all of you guys, yesterday I bought a PB G4 550mhz used for my 
wife but I havent noticed the failure in the plug. Yesterday the plug was in and the pb 
working but at night once the battery was fully charged we unplug the ac adaptor and a 
couple of hours later when we try to plug it again, we can't do it.

Please help me through this, where can I buy the parts need it to fix it.
