[Ti] New 15" 1.25 GHz PowerBook

If I recall right, my 1GHz TiBook has a 1MB L3 cache, where-as the new 15" AlBooks do not.  I wonder what the comparative performance of a 1GHz processor with an L3 cache versus a 1.25GHz processor without L3?
