Try:

    Restarting while holding down the eject key.
    Control-click on the icon of the DVD to select "Eject" from the pop-
up menu.
    Open "Disk Copy" or "Toast" or "iTunes" to select "Eject Disk/CD/DVD"
from within.
    Start a program/game that requires their CD or DVD, the disk should
be ejected.
