Powerbook thieving - ComputerGuardian?

Has anyone purchased and used New Zealand's 
SubRosaSoft's ComputerGuardian software. It seems 
reasonaably prices at $14.95? They also have a 
Guardian package. It looks like they were quick 
to release upgrades to 10.3. ???

machine is changed or taken to another network 
then if it  senses any changes it will begin 
eMailing you to let you know what has changed.
