[Ti] what has happened to my Address Book??

Dear Trevor/All,

Coincidentally the same thing happened to me today. It just will not launch
at all. Or rather the address book launches, but when you try and access the
records you get the 'spinning beach ball of death'.

I've tried everything, trashing .plists, etc. Is there any way of
re-installing just the address book from the original Panther discs?
