First: kudos to Apple for their amazingly fast turnaround repair time! My TiBook's hard drive died last Friday and I called to request service. They sent a box via Airborne that arrived Monday morning; I packed the PowerBook and sent it off to Houston that afternoon and had it back in my hands, repaired, Wednesday morning at 11:30. Amazing service! The downside is that there's now an inch-long mark on the lower left corner of the screen that appears to be ink. I suspect that if I notify Apple they'll deny responsibility, and my initial attempt at taking it off with water and then iKlear did nothing. Is it safe to try something stronger, and if so, any suggestions? Thanks! Bill
