[Ti] Ti 550 vs 667 combo drive

I got an excellent resource - Apple PowerBook G4 parts list.

The Combo drive in all 667's (and also the 800/867/1 GHz) is a 
Matsushita CW-8121-C, Apple part # 661-2596.

The part # for the 550 is the same.
