I am a huge OmniWeb fan. I have paid for and use OW5 as my main browser. There are 4 key reasons for the love: 1) The tabbed browsing is implemented using a drawer with mini-rendered versions of each web page currently open. For my brain, this makes using tabs much more intuitive. It does utilise a little additional screen real-estate, but I have a TiBook, and OmniWeb seems the perfect tool to actually use the widescreen the way it was meant to be used :) 2) WorkSpaces - you can set up several browsing sets and flick between them easily. For example, you can have a set for shopping at all your favourite online stores with, for example, 10 tabs all pointing to the relevant pages. You can have another for sports, one for Mac related, etc. I love this feature, and the ease of use of it. 3) Preferences - I can set font and so on very simply on a page or site basis. I can also tell OW to act as another browser for a specific site so that I can use my online banking etc. I know other browsers allow you to do this too, but OW's implementation is the best I have seen. 4) Everything Omni produces is wonderful, and paying for their applications actually gives me a warm little glow inside as I know that I am helping out one of the last remaining small, innovative Mac software providers. Their apps just look stunning - exactly as an OSX app should. Heck, too much loving going on! Hewligan
