[Ti] GarageBand delay

Ahh, the hated 'latency' the great evil of using computers to play 
audio.  You should look through your prefs to see if there is a way 
to set a cache file, or buffer and that should help with latency. 
Certainly from the original Mac and Windows it's getting much better 
(OS X is said to have the lowest around.)  One thing I know is that 
the slower ATA hard drives certainly contribute to this problem, but, 
a 7200 rpm drive will help, but, still it's just something to have to
