[Ti] X 1.3 upgrade from marketing?

I think Panther was released before its time.  Have constant crashes
with Apple Mail and my machine no longer goes to sleep by itself.  Keep
getting bad kernel issues and then do I want to notify Apple.  Yes I
have several things to say to Apple.

Has not really been worth  it.
