RDP access denied message (OT)

I¹m having a problem using MS Remote Desktop Connection with Terminal
Services on a Windows 2000 server.  The IT guy at the remote location can
use the service fine (from an offsite location on the same ISP), but I get
an access denied message following attempts to logon at the windows logon
screen.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
