I live in Greece part of the year. In my house there, I have two abs (extremes), one of which is connected to an ISDN router. That's connected to an ISDN modem. Works ok. I get some drop off sometimes (the internet access just doesn't work). I shut everything down and restart and things are ok again. I have not yet diagnosed what component is causing the problem. I didn't have to make any special software configuration changes to get my network running. I did have a hell of a time with the local ISP - nothing to do with using a mac, but because their account website is in greek and my greek is not yet that good. Also, none of my mac browsers would render their site well. So I had to get their customer service to help me.. But no real problems other than that. Hope this is useful anecdotal info.
