[Ti] Ti Paint Repair

It makes me wonder how some of these Ti users keep their PBooks so 
pristene. I walk through the Apple store and they definitely look 
unscuffed, unpeeling, and unchipped. Mine didn't start chipping around 
the palm rests.  It went stright for the hinge bar. Beatiful laptop 
otherwise... Much more "colorful" than the current design.
