I really hate Norton/Symantec for this. I once cleaned a PowerBook for reminiscences of that devilish application, but it is a while ago, so my memory may be lacking. After I removed "everything", I tend to believe that I still found things in: /Library/StartupItems (the Library at harddisk- or root-level, the / in the front indicates it) And I am almost certain that I also removed a .kextfile from somewhere, but I cannot say for sure if or where I found it.
