[Ti] Network issue - dynamic ips

concerning the router...
I am checking the cables again just to be sure...mb there is some sort 
of break.
Phoned the router people but they have no records on file concerning 
this intermittent type of activity.
Just waiting to see if this thing "turns off" again.
