AOL/AIM, like Yahoo Messenger, and ICQ, and MSN Messenger... ALL have 
PC versions of their messaging apps that are at least several 
versions ahead of their releases for the Mac.

Always has been this way, is, and will probably remain so. Yahoo 
Messenger is the most advanced on the Mac platform. Too bad Apple 
signed on with AIM. Dems da breaks.
