Compaq X1000 series same screen as Tibooks?

These widescreen Compaq/HP notebooks? Are they using the same screens 
as Tibooks?

I'm amazed that Toshiba has very very few models that do higher than 
XGA resolution. Even their high end Tecra lines simply doesn't do 
anything higher than 1024x768

Unfortunately I have to buy a PC laptop shortly and I think I'd like to 
get something that's pretty close to my Tibook.
