12" powerbook G4 RAM?

Hi,

I have a powerbook g4 12" screen. I am not sure if it is an "aluminum" 
or a "titanium". I just bought it at compUSA in November. Anyways, I 
have been looking for a 1 gig ram stick for it but apple, compUSA, etc 
don't sell 1 gig sticks for the 12" powerbook.

In the manual it says you need _PC2700_ DDR 266 type RAM 200-pin. The 
only 1 gig PC2700 ram I can find is DDR 333. I tried PC2100 DDR 266 RAM 
(as recommended by Crucial/Micron) but that just freezes my system.

Anyone else here install a 1 gig ram stick in their 12" g4?
