Am trying to install a DSL modem from Qwest (Action Tec) and find that it works fine as long as I don't use Apple's .Mac backup program. As soon as I do it quits working and requires a restart. Our previous cable modem had no problems (DSL has much faster upload speeds). The obvious is to either not use backup or to use a cable modem instead but would like to solve this dilemma.
