Guys, is the trade in still going?

I am tempted to make a trip to visit my brother in the USA so that I 
can also take advantage of this scheme. Can I upgrade to a 12" model or 
is it for 15" only?

I have a Rev A G4 400, to which I added a 40Gb Travelstar (have 
original 10Gb if i need to put it back).
