I for one would be very upset. I have had six Powerbooks and not one of them had a stuck pixel. If I were you I'd demand an exchange. I just checked every square cm on my new machine and there isn't even the suggestion of a defective pixel. It should be the same for the entire line China or not. BTW: Chinese production standards happen to be pretty high. They are getting frighteningly better at it all the time. There is one thing you could try. They say that massaging (carefully) the screen where the dead or stuck pixel resides with your finger (meaty part, not the nail) could free up the pixel and make it work. Jg
