The only thing that you can do is to have all of your Windows-owning friends
remove you from their Address Book, never send them another e-mail, have
them remove every e-mail to or from you from their e-mail client and disk,
and make sure that they never browse a web page with your e-mail address on
it (yes, various virii search through the infected disk in all of those
locations!).  Or convince them that they need to replace their Windows
machines with Macs.

Other than those options, there's not a whole lot you can do.
