After working for several large web hosting firms myself as a sysadmin, 
I would highly recommend pair.com.  I've had nothing but fantastic 
performance from them for a couple years now.  I'm not sure that you 
will find it affordable, however, to have _5GB_ of disk space.  That 
seems like an unusually large requirement.
