How the hell do I unsubscribe from this list?????

Hi

I need help please.

I have changed my primary email address so have subscribed to this list
under the new email address.

I have sent emails half a dozen or more times to the unsubscribe address but
all that is happening is I continue to get duplicates of every list
posting!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Aaaahhhhhh

I don¹t know what to try next??
