[Ti] iPod playlist to iTunes

I was wondering if anyone knows of any software/script that can import 
my iPods playlist (not the actual tracks) to my iTunes without having 
to worry about duplicates.

I have found that most of the software out there copy your music to 
your hard drive where all i want is to copy to copy the playlist the 
same you do it when you want to copy a playlist from iTunes to iPod.

The reason why i want to do that is because I would like to sync all my 
ratings between my iPod and iTunes.
