Hi there, Thanks for all the replies about back-up solutions. I ended up buying SuperDuper, partly because of descriptions of its speed, and indeed, when I backed up my whole hard drive, it was noticeably faster than Retrospect... but I was disappointed to learn that in fact, it can't do incremental backups... For some of you, SuperDuper can do a whole new backup while you get a cup of coffee, but for me (400MHz powerbook G4), sad to say, an incremental Retrospect back-up, slow as it is, is faster than a whole new SuperDuper backup. Anyone have anything good or bad to say about 'You Synchronize'? I have a G4 desktop as well as my Titanium, and I'd like to keep them synched, if it's fast and easy... and by that I mean I don't want an old file on one machine, that I've made one little recent change to, to replace a much more current file on the other machine, that I haven't changed for a few days. Any comments? Regards, Malcolm
