[Ti] Upgrading questions.

Hi,

I have a G4 Ti 667Mhz 15" laptop. How can I max out the processor speed?
memory? and rplace the graphics and video card? Is this possible?

If someone could recommend a resonalbly priced retailer online who 
would have the parts let me know.

Also is there a forum like this for G4 PowerMacs? I have questions 
about my 400 mhz G4 AGP, 1.5 GB RAM,
