Just so we don't missunderstand the obvious  – on both sides of you VGA 
are two bolts in which you can secure the connector of the external 
screen.  It isn't one of those missing totally and the other one also 
broken but still visiable and therefor movable? If you do have both 
these bolts and still something round moveable I would like to see a 
photo put up on a webpage or sent to me directly off list.
