[Ti] network printing problem

Trevor,

the "driver" needed is the PPD which can be found in 
Library/Printers/PPDs/Contents/Resources/en.lproj/

and then look for a file there relating to HP Laserjet 1300 (If it is 
missing I can send it to you offlist)

If the file is there, perhaps you could try adding it using a protocol 
other than Rendezvous. For example try choosing "IP Printing" and 
entering the printer's IP address and give that a shot. That would at 
least prove whether Rendezvous might be the problem.

Another place to look could be the printer's webserver , which you can 
reach by pointing your web browser at the IP address of your printer. 
There are some config pages thee to enable/disable certain print 
protocls and perhaps these have been changed since last semester?
