MacWorld had an article about protecting files and folders a while back. Their idea was to create a disk image on that Flashdrive that is encrypted. I'm unaware of anything that password protect the drive itself. At the time of the article, MacWorld was not very impressed with FileVault. Very cool, but does anyone know of a piece of software out there that can protect my data? encrypt, or at least password protect? Just in case I lose my keys... and ideally crossplatform, so that whenever I plug it in, I am prompted for a password? Swissbit provides a piece of software called Securelock, but it's WIN only. thanks much! m _______________________________________________ Titanium mailing list Titanium at listserver.themacintoshguy.com http://listserver.themacintoshguy.com/mailman/listinfo/titanium
