[Ti] Combo drive won't eject

I have a G4 Titanium 667Mhz, 30Gb Harddrive.
I was installing OSX the 2nd disk when the Combo drive stopped working. 
The CD will not eject and the happy Mac and the wheel of death is the only 
thing that shows up when I restart.

I can't install the OS and I can't eject the CD. My G4 is a paper weight 
right now.

Please advise.
