Has anybody seen footnote 2 on the iPod Shuffle page
http://www.apple.com/ipodshuffle/
where it says:
	2. 	Do not eat iPod shuffle.
I can hardly belive I am reading that !!
Could it be a joke by Apple Legal Dept or is it proof that the USA 
legal system has crossed in to the ridiculous?
Any insight in to what this could be?
