[Ti] Noise from PB speakers

I recently purchased a Motorola Razr V3 phone and have noticed that  
it causes interference with just about any speakers within a few feet  
from time to time. The interference (which sounds like morse code w/  
distortion) only happens occasionally and only lasts a few seconds,  
but it affects my pb speakers, my iM3 speakers, my m-Audio monitors  
(connected via m-audio firewire 410 interface to my 17" iMac), and  
even in my car.

I have also had friends who juiced up their CB's enough to bleed  
through on any speakers within a few hundred feet.
