Well I too felt a real sense of doom when I first saw the press release
yesterday.

However I am a PowerBook user.

And I heavy (ish) VPC user because of systems I need to be compatible with
at work.

For me this move could be a godsend.

Possibly a dual core CPU in my PowerBook AND running VPC with a native CPU
could give me a huge performance boost and make my life much easier.

Just my input.
