[Ti] Let The Platform Wars Begin

This rumor has been around for at least 10 years.  The problem is not 
that Apple needs a Foundry but that it needs a company that is 
willing to spend the time and resources to develop the CPU's and 
support chips that Apple wants at a price that Apple can afford. 
Buying a company that would weigh it down with lots of physical 
property but hasen't been able to produce what Apple needs would be 
STUPID and Jobs is anything but STUPID.

If they were going to invest money in buying a Company they should 
buy HP.  Not for the computer Division, but the server division would 
give them enterence into many corporate IT departments, but for the 
Printer Division which would give Apple a continious cash stream with 
out having to invest the huge sums of money that they now invest in 
hardware that gives no or little return once it is sold.
